The Muse Policy

Service Guarantee

  • Fixes for technical issues (lifting, chipping, breakage) within 7 days are complimentary.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we are always happy to adjust your services while you are still in the salon.

  • Design or color changes after the appointment are considered change-of-mind, and will require a redesign fee.

  • Clients must notify us within 3 days if they would like adjustments.

    Appointments

  • Appointments are highly recommend to secure your preferred time and technician.

  • Walk-ins are welcome based on the availability.

  • If you confirmed your appointment but arrived more than 15 mintues late without notice, your appointment will be treated as walk-in clients.

    Cancellations and no-shows

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Late cancellations or no-show might be required a deposit for future bookings.

  • If a client no show twice, we will no longer accept future appointments from them. They may be served as walk-in clients based on availability.

    Late Arrivals

  • If you are running late, please call us.

  • Arriving late may shorten your service to respect next client’s booking.

  • Over 15-20 minutes late without notice may require rescheduling.

    Payments and Gratuity

  • We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments.

  • Gratuities are not included in the services prices but are always appreciated.

    Hygiene and Safety

  • Please inform us of any skin conditions, allergies or health concern before your services.

  • For safety of all clients, we reserve the right to decline service in case of infections, open wounds, or other health risks.

  • At The Muse, we pride ourselves on the highest hygiene standards, one-time-use liners, files, buffers for every client.

    Gift Card

  • Available for purchase, non-refundable.

  • Must be presented at the time of services and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift card cannot be replaced.

    Personal Belongs

  • The Muse Nails and Beauty is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
